Agreement
By creating an account on Perfumed, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Perfumed is operated by SIA Perfumed, registration number 40203698065, VAT number LV40203698065, registered at Rūpniecības iela 33 - 27, Rīga, LV-1045, Latvia.
What Perfumed is
Perfumed is a personal fragrance diary. You can search fragrances, write private reviews, organize collections into lists, share reviews and lists via link, and receive AI-powered recommendations.
We also offer a Tiermaker tool at tiermaker.perfumed.app, where you can rank fragrances into tiers and share the result. The Tiermaker does not require a Perfumed account — you provide your email to receive a link to your tier list.
Your account
You need an account to use Perfumed. You can sign up with email and password, or with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Your content
Reviews, notes, tags, and lists you create belong to you. By using Perfumed, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service (including generating AI recommendations).
If you share a review or list via a public link, anyone with that link can view it. You can unpublish shared content at any time.
If you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days. You can also export all your data from your account settings before deleting.
Free and paid plans
Free plan: Up to 10 reviews. No time limit.
Pro plan: Unlimited reviews. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
AI add-on: Available on top of Pro. Billed separately. Can be added or removed at any time.
Prices may change. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your account.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of subscribing, contact us at house@perfumed.app for a full refund.
What you can't do
- Use automated tools to scrape the fragrance catalog
- Create multiple accounts
- Upload content that violates someone else's rights
- Attempt to access other users' private data
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The fragrance catalog
The fragrance catalog is provided for personal use within Perfumed. You may not bulk-export, redistribute, or commercially use the catalog data.
Availability
We aim to keep Perfumed available and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We'll try to give notice when possible.
Limitation of liability
Perfumed is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
